Am I overdoing the "From the Darkness of Time We Came" lighting on the pics?
Battered and blackened, but still a formidable weapon…
A true fighting sword: This smallsword combines a battered late 18th-century hilt and a turned wooden handle with a large, wide broadsword blade that could have been made one- or even twohundred years earlier. There are traces of an inscription in the blade, but they remain undecypherable even when rubbed with chalk.
One of the most natural-feeling weapons I’ve ever held.

From the looks of it, that sword has had a vary long and eventful life.
Would this be classified as a spadroon? I’m a little fuzzy on these things.
